Now that I paid for the software, how do I enter the registration code?

If you purchased FinePrint, click here, pdfFactory, click here. For Server Editions, enter the code in the Licensing tab in the Printing Preferences in the Windows Printers folder on the server.

Why doesn't the registration code I just received work when I try to enter it?

Please make sure you are using the very latest release of the product you purchased. Get the latest releases on our home page.

Will the trial version banner be removed when I purchase?

Once you enter the registration code after purchasing, the banner will be removed.

How do I move my software to another computer?

Download your software to the new computer and use the registration code you already have to unlock it.

What do I do if my computer crashed and I need a new copy of the software?

Download your software again and use the registration code you already have to unlock it on the new computer. If you do not have your registration code, send us your order number and we will send a new registration code after verifying the sale. If you do not have your order number, send your name, email address and approximate purchase date and we will look it up for you.

Now that I paid for the software, how do I download it?

If you have already downloaded the trial version, just enter your registration code to unlock it. If you have not downloaded yet, download a trial version at our home page and then enter your registration code.

I faxed or mailed a check with my order. How can I find out the status?

Please contact support@regnow.com and provide the reference number (begins with SH), your name, email address and the date you sent in your order. Note that for check orders , your registration code will not be sent until the check clears the bank.

Can I get the software on CD?

You may purchase a CD for an additional cost of $12.50. Otherwise, we do not ship on CD since the download file is small and updates are frequent. Download a trial version and test it out. When you purchase you get a registration code used for converting your trial version into an unlimited version . Make sure you print out the registration code and keep it with your other software. It will allow you to download updates at any time.

How do I use a purchase order?

To use a purchase order fill out the online order form and select the purchase order option. Fax the printed online form with your purchase order to the fax number provided on the form. Note that there is a $10 ($20 for POs placed from outside the USA) fee for PO processing. Click here for a W9 form,

Can I use the software on my laptop and my desktop without purchasing again?

Yes, you can. The license allows you to use the software on multiple computers as long as they are not simultaneously used.

Why didn't I get my registration code after I purchased?

When you purchase you should get a confirmation email with a registration code to unlock your trial copy. If you did not, please email us with your order number and we will send it you immediately.

I bought your software. How do I upgrade?

Do you have versions for Mac or Linux?

Our software runs on Windows only.

Before you send a technical support request, make sure you have the latest version. We are constantly improving the product and fixing problems.
